Welcome
We’re back! Pride in London 2025 returns on 5th July 2025, promising an even more spectacular parade following the incredible success of 2024.
Guided by our core values of visibility, unity, and equality, Pride in London creates a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere centred on community. The parade brings together London’s diverse LGBTQ+ communities in a joyful celebration of identity, while allies and supporters line the streets in admiration and solidarity.
For many, Pride is deeply personal, affirming one's identity and shared aspirations across the spectrum of experience. For others, it’s a reminder of progress achieved and the journey still ahead toward full inclusion. Whatever Pride means to you, London’s iconic celebration welcomes you to take part and make your voice heard.
Join us on 5th July 2025 as we come together to celebrate progress and inspire each other to keep marching toward equality and inclusion for all.

First Time?
Applications are now open for organisations and groups only. This includes established community groups, employee networks, non-profits, public sector organisations, and businesses interested in participating in the parade.
If you would like to take part in the parade as an individual or with a small group of friends, stay tuned! Updates about individual and flag bearer participation will be shared on our website. We anticipate opening applications for individuals and flag bearers in mid-May 2025.
For detailed information, be sure to check out our guidance notes, which provide everything you need to know about the registration process and what to expect on the day.
Done this before?
If you’ve participated in the parade before, we still encourage you to review all the information and guidance to refresh your memory. However, we’d like to highlight the following updates for 2025:
- Group Registrations: Group entries are now allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once full, we will operate a waitlist with priority given to LGBTQ+ organisations.
- Float Entry Requirements: We’ve expanded the criteria for what qualifies as a float entry to improve space management and ensure proper review of all additions to the parade. Float entries are now required for large inflatables, 9 bicycles, rickshaws, tuk-tuks, boats, multi-person puppets, dragons, and any motorised vehicle.
- 2025 Pricing: Pricing for 2025 has been released! LGBTQ+ Community Groups continue to enjoy free entry, and prices for all other groups have been frozen. A full pricing table is provided below.
- Membership in Pride in the City: To participate in the parade, all corporate and commercial entrants must be members of Pride in the City, which was launched last year. To simplify the process, membership can now be obtained through the same application as the parade registration. Becoming a member is straightforward and provides opportunities for year-round engagement with the LGBTQ+ community.
We look forward to celebrating with you!
2025 Parade Entry Fees
Pricing is determined by the category of the group you are applying under. Please ensure you select the correct category, as incorrect applications may be rejected.
Wristbands can only be obtained and allocated in the numbers specified for each category, as outlined below. Floats will also be provided with 6 or 8 additional wristbands for wheel stewards.
During the registration process, you will have the option to donate an additional 20% to our Unity Fund. This donation is entirely optional and will not affect your parade application.
All applications are subject to minimum or specific wristband allocations, as detailed below.
