Welcome
Secure a Pride in London stall and connect directly with a vibrant, diverse audience. It’s an opportunity to visibly champion LGBTQIA+ pride while sharing your products or services in a welcoming, joyful, and inclusive setting.
Pride in London is committed to delivering a community-centred parade that is accessible to all, guided by our core values of Visibility, Unity and Equality.
As one of the most important dates in the LGBTQIA+ calendar, Pride in London brings our communities together to take centre stage, while inviting allies and spectators to stand with us in solidarity and celebration.

Our range of stalls on Pall Mall East place you on the west side of Trafalgar Square, outside the historic Canada House.
From this position, footfall entering and exiting our MainStage area is funnelled, along with dispersing footfall from the end of the parade route, representing an exciting opportunity to put your brand in front of an excited and engaged audience.
Historically, these stalls have hosted LGBTQIA+ businesses alongside non-profit organisations looking to engage with and support the community, but has also found success with nationally recognised brands.
London's Leicester Square, arguably the core of the entertainment district, will again play host to The Women's Stage in 2026.
With a diverse range of performers, speakers and panels, we again aim to curate a space that draws women together in alignment with our core values; Visibility, Unity and Equality.
This space offers two distinct areas; the gated park at the heart of the square, and the pedestrian concourses that border it.
The internal area hosts the stage itself, and designed around the iconic Shakespeare statue at it's centre, we have a selection of stalls that we endeavour to reserve for LGBTQIA+ community groups and businesses that align with the ethos of the space.
The external area is open to a much broader spectrum of applicants, as we seek to build a diverse and engaging offering for the hundreds of thousands of people that pass them over the day whilst navigating through this hub at the core of the event footprint.
London's LGBTQIA+ community has been drawn to, and come together within, Soho for decades. This is mind, it's only right that we place Pride in London's social core within Soho Square.
Soho Square hosts Pride in London's Trans and Non-Binary Stage, and is curated to amplify the voices, experiences of the Trans and Non-Binary Community and the issues it faces.
On the street surrounding the garden square, our stalls are primarily occupied by community groups, non-profits, unions and LGBTQIA+ businesses. We strive to make this a space where both the businesses from within our community can seek the support of that community, but also the community can go to find organisations that offer them support in whatever form that might take.
Placed in close proximity to Soho's iconic pubs and bars, the electric atmosphere of Soho Square over the day is not to be missed.
Only 90 seconds to the east of Regent Street, and 90 seconds from Piccadilly Circus, Golden Square is positioned within touching distance of Soho's beloved restaurant scene and close enough to the parade that you can hear it pass by.
Again for 2026, Golden Square will be hosting the World Stage. Led by voices from within the Global Majority, this is a stage by and for a global community, with a rich cultural vibrance that aims to celebrate diversity in all its forms.
Our stalls offering in this space is similarly diverse, historically hosting anything from globally established brand activations to charities and small businesses that are seeking to engage with an exceptionally diverse and accepting crowd.
Family-focused, and for the last two years, a sleeper hit and must-visit within the event.
The Family Area provides a stage with curated, engaging, family-friendly programming designed to captivate children and parent's alike.
Located between The Savoy Hotel and Cleopatra's Needle, and alongside Charing Cross and Embankment train stations (both very popular event entry points for attendees travelling in) this award winning public garden aims to engage whilst also allowing refuge, with many families choosing to bring a blanket and picnic among the lawns and flowerbeds.
The space will again have its stewarding provided by The Scouts for 2026, and our stalls offering is curated to align with this family-feel, with us looking to support spaces hosting activities or organisations targeting families specifically.
What does it cost?
Pricing to book a stall for Pride in London is broken down according to applicant type and location.
We do this with a view of balancing Pride in London's commercial need to cover it's own cost, and as a non-profit, where we do make a profit this is placed into our Unity Fund which we've committed in 2026 to use to issue grants totalling at least £100,000 to organisations that support and uplift those within the LGBTQIA+ community.
Please see below for the various applicant types and their associated costs.
Please note:- The costs listed below are not inclusive of VAT, which is chargeable at 20% These costs are inclusive of a 3m x 3m covered gazebo, which we provide for you, a single (1) trestle table and two (2) folding chairs. Owing to the complexities of our street licensing, hygiene and infrastructure requirements that come with providing food and beverage options at the event, we engage a specialist provider in finding, curating and managing those options for us.
For 2026, our Food and Beverage partner will be Togather.
For all hot food, or food which requires preparation at-event, or provision of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, please reach out to Togather directly by clicking where their name appears.
With the provision of pre-packaged food items, this may fall outside of this policy. Where you are unclear, we invite you to email us at stalls@prideinlondon.org with a summary of your query and we'll come back to you as quickly as we can with an answer. We ask that you not apply before reaching out to us, and remind you that we reserve the right to cancel and refund any applications made.
The provision of community stalls is, first and foremost, intended to be a facility in which we can showcase individuals, businesses, partners and organisations working for and within the LGBTQIA+ communities of London and the UK.
However, we do also appreciate that our 1.7+ million attendees on the day expect and enjoy engagement with global brands, and the excitement that comes with product launches, brand activations, and proximity to organisations they wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity for.
We appreciate that fact, and the value that any brand looking to support Pride in London brings to uplifting and amplifying the LGBTQIA+ community.
However, we do not feel our community stalls program is always a good fit in facilitating that sort of partnership, either for our best outcome or yours.
If you feel this may be relevant to you or your organisation, we're really keen to connect and engage with you via one of the emails below:
